I. General concepts

Regulations – these regulations.

Service Provider / SellerMB COMMERCE Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Zamknięta 10/1.5, 30-554 Kraków, NIP: 6793316013 , REGON: 540308441 , KRS: 0001141566 , entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.

Service Recipient / Customer – any natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality who uses the Website and/or makes purchases in the Online Store.
Goods – products offered by the Seller via the Online Store.
Sales Agreement – ​​an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Website.
Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via e-mail and contact forms available on the website .


II. General provisions

  1. The Regulations define the rules for using the Online Store and the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, making payments, delivery, withdrawing from the contract and submitting complaints.

  2. Each Customer is obliged to read the Regulations before making a purchase.

  3. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

  4. Contracts concluded via the Store are concluded in Polish.


III. Orders and Payments

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Store's website.

  2. The seller confirms receipt of the order electronically.

  3. Available payment methods:

    • electronic payment via a payment operator,

    • traditional transfer to the Seller's bank account.

  4. Payment for the order should be made within 3 business days of placing it, unless the Customer has chosen immediate online payment.

  5. If payment is not received within the specified time, the order may be canceled.


IV. Delivery

  1. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland, unless the Seller agrees otherwise with the Customer.

  2. Order fulfillment time is from 1 to 7 business days, depending on product availability.

  3. Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.


V. Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

  1. A Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. This period is counted from the date of receipt of the goods by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer.

  3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a written declaration to the e-mail address: kontakt@vanillove.pl or by post to the address of the Seller's registered office.

  4. The Customer is obliged to return the goods in unchanged condition, within 14 days from the date of informing the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract.

  5. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return.

  6. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

  7. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (including in the case of perishable or sealed products which cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons).


VI. Complaints

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the Customer free from defects.

  2. The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding:

    • non-conformity of the goods with the contract,

    • damage to the shipment,

    • incorrect package contents.

  3. Complaints may be submitted electronically to the following address: kontakt@vanillove.pl or by post to the Seller's registered office address.

  4. The complaint should include: name and surname, order number, description of the irregularity and request.

  5. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

  6. The customer will be informed about the procedure for handling the complaint electronically.


VII. Privacy Policy and Personal Data

The principles of personal data processing are specified in the Privacy Policy , which constitutes an integral part of these Regulations.


VIII. Copyright

The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and the copyright therein. Some of the data contained on the Website is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties unrelated in any way to the Service Provider, and is used under licenses obtained or based on a free license. Pursuant to the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in search engines (excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn) any articles, descriptions, photos, or any other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found on the Website without the written consent or consent communicated via electronic communication from their legal owner. Pursuant to the Copyright Act of February 4, 1994, simple press releases, understood as information alone, without commentary and assessment by their author, are not protected. The Author understands this as the possibility of using information from the texts published on the website, but not copying all or part of the articles unless this has been indicated in the individual material made available on the Website.


IX. Changes to the Regulations

All provisions of the Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without providing reasons. Notice of changes to the Terms and Conditions will be sent electronically to Service Users registered on the Website. In the event of a change to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions will take effect immediately upon publication for Service Users who do not have an account on the Website. In the event of a change to the Terms and Conditions, their provisions will take effect with a 7-day transition period for Service Users with accounts on the Website registered before the change. Any Service User who continues to use the Website after the change to the Terms and Conditions is deemed to have accepted them in their entirety.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and the Civil Code.

  3. The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website.
